Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
Rhodium Ventures LLC (“Rhodium Ventures,” “we,” “us”) operates rhodiumventures.com (the “site”). This policy explains what information we receive when you visit the site or write to us, and what we do with it. The short version: this site has no forms, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no cookies.
Our ventures, such as Sincera, have their own websites and their own privacy policies. This policy covers only rhodiumventures.com.
What we collect
Emails you send us. If you write to hello@rhodiumventures.com, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
Technical data from our host. When your browser requests the site, our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., automatically processes the technical information needed to deliver the page and protect it from abuse, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.
What we do not collect. The site does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, tags, session recording, chat widgets, fingerprinting or social media plugins.
Cookies and fonts
The site does not set cookies and does not save anything in your browser’s local storage. Our typeface, Newsreader, is served from our own site rather than from a third-party font service, so loading the page does not send your information to Google or any other font provider.
If we ever add cookies or similar technologies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How we use information
- To reply to your messages
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the site
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to protect our rights
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our website host and our email provider, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, targeted advertising and profiling (we do none of these)
- Not be treated differently for using any of these rights
Some of these laws apply only to businesses above certain size or data thresholds. Whether or not a particular law applies to us, you can make any of these requests by emailing hello@rhodiumventures.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and an authorized agent may submit a request for you with your written permission. We will respond within 45 days.
If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and asking us to reconsider. If you are not satisfied with the result of your appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, which is already how we operate.
California notice. In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (such as your name, email address and IP address), internet activity (such as the page you requested) and any other information you chose to include in an email to us. These come from you and from your browser. We use and disclose them only for the purposes described above, and we have not sold or shared them. We do not collect sensitive personal information.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email hello@rhodiumventures.com and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and for any business relationship that follows, and longer only when legal, tax or accounting rules require it. Technical data processed by our host is kept for a limited period under the host’s standard log retention.
Where we operate
Rhodium Ventures operates in the United States, and the site is hosted in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be processed in the United States.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. If we make a material change, such as adding analytics or a form, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.
