Rhodium Ventures is a recently formed venture capital management company providing capital, inspiration, and managerial advice and services to our portfolio companies.  The Rhodium Ventures partners have funded and managed start-ups, early-stage companies with existing sales, and larger operating enterprises.

Currently, Rhodium is managing a portfolio in excess of $50 million, and is seeking opportunities to deploy Rhodium Ventures assets in technologies as applied to media, IT, and infrastructure.

For Rhodium Ventures start-up investments, our initial investment commitment is small with the dilution of the founder/entrepreneur at 5-15 % with the expectation of milestone performance. Further investment can be arranged by Rhodium Ventures once the business model and customer revenue have been established.  For early stage companies with existing revenue, Rhodium will customize the investment terms.

Here in the Fall of 2008, current market conditions require special consideration, and Rhodium Ventures will help structure objectives to fit the current difficult conditions; namely limit spending to achieve revenue as soon as possible, but do so in an intelligent fashion.
